Bardahl Aftermarket Filters.

Bardahl High Quality Premium Aftermarket Automotive Filters

Our aim is to provide high quality products with competitive price meeting customer’s requirement.

Our products cover various types of filters mainly for Japanese application vehicles, such as oil filters, fuel filters, air filters, Cabin (A/C) filters.

We adopt high quality materials and components such as our filter media is from a leading European supplier, similar quality applied by OEM and major aftermarket brands.

Bardahl filters market continues to grow throughout Asia Pacific regions, we strive to build and sustain strong partnerships with our customers, based on trust and confidence. We demonstrate dedication to our customers’ success by being flexible, easy to do business with, and accountable.

The quality of our filter media applied and the numbers of highly uniform pleats spacing is unparalleled so as to better counter choked or dirty cabin air filters that can significantly reduce airflow from the engine air intake.

Recommended replacement interval at every 30,000 km under normal driving conditions.

15,000 km for “severe” driving conditions, which includes heavy traffic in hot weather and frequent driving on unpaved roads or dusty conditions.

Oil filter is to efficiently remove contaminants from engine oil.

OIL Filters are often neglected, but being a critical component it can greatly bring down the efficiency of the vehicle’s lubricating delivery system with filtration failure.

The oil filter is an important part of your engine system’s operation. It removes grit and grime from your oil, which prevents such contaminants from entering the engine itself when oil circulates and lubricates its parts.

Oil filters are recommended to be replaced during every oil change as a preventative measure.

Fuel filter screens out sediments, dirt and rusts particles from the fuel as well as several kinds of contamination during filling. As fewer contaminants are present, the fuel will have better combustion which creates better performance and mileage.
If a filter is not replaced regularly it may become clogged with contaminants  will cause a restriction in the fuel flow, causing an appreciable drop in engine performance as the engine struggles to draw enough fuel to continue running normally. This will eventually lead to fuel delivery complications.

Recommended to change every 50,000 km.

Its job is to filter all of the air that comes through the car’s HVAC system to prevent pollutants, such as dust, pollen, smog and mold spores from entering and circulating into the vehicle cabin.

The cabin air filter is a high particulate filtration medium that is attached to the outside air intake of your vehicle’s ventilation system. This device helps to improve air quality and filter out pollution from the air that circulates inside the vehicle.

Clogged or dirty cabin air filters can significantly reduce airflow from the cabin vents, as well as introduce allergens into the cabin air circulation system.

Impurities and unfiltered air posed high risk potential to passengers and driver, especially to children, infants and users whom are allergy to air related issues.

Manufacturers recommend changing them every 20,000 to 25,000km intervals — at least once a year, but twice a year is necessary for maximum benefit. Moving vehicles create a “cabin spiral effect” that causes pollutants inside the vehicle to reach up to six times the concentration of outside air.
